I used to think back pain was just part of life until I discovered what’s really causing it.


I couldn’t believe something so simple was making such a huge difference.


One day, while researching common back problems, I was shocked by the potential causes and their impact on health.

Lymphedema So Bad You Could Barely Recognize What Body Part You’re Looking At

But it wasn’t until earlier this year that I truly cracked the code to provide relief from lymphedema.

As you can see in the ilustratin above the fluid in the healthy lymphatic system flows smoothly, without any blockages or friction.


That’s what a healthy lymphatic system looks like.

The first thing you will notice is that compared to the healthy lymphatic system, the skin is kind of expanded and swollen at the top, right?


Well, that’s because the fluid that normally flows through the lymph vessels and lymph nodes is now blocked and stuck which causes fluid accumulation and ultimately results in swelling.


It’s much like when you travel in a car and get into a traffic jam because of a car accident.


The accident creates a bottleneck on the road, limiting the amount of cars that can pass through. It also limits the maximum speed you can travel at.
